France will easily beat Australia, but then draw with Peru and Denmark. Peru and Denmark will both tie in their openers, and Peru will steal a point from France before advancing with a win over the Aussies. Denmark will fail to take a win from Australia, ultimately falling to third place and being eliminated.

This is the hardest group to predict. Argentina will finish first and win all 3 games by a goal because of Lionel Messi. Iceland will continue its Cinderella status by upsetting Croatia and tying Nigeria. Nigeria will also tie Croatia, and Iceland will advance as the runner-up.

If this ends in a three way tie for 2nd like I predict, FIFA would have go deep into tie-breaking rules to see who goes through. Brazil will easily win all their games, while the three opponents left draw each other. This leads these bottom 3 teams with 2 pts each. I believe the Ticos will go through based off goals scored.

Germany, like Brazil and Argentina, will win their group and all their group stage games. Mexico will follow suit, with the exception of a loss to Germany. Sweden and South Korea get a consolation point by drawing each other.
